Terms of sale

Based on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. About us. Vestre Produksjon AS, registered in Norway under organisation number 925796794, VAT number [VAT], Gaustadvegen 140, 2240 Magnor, Norway, post@vestre.com (“Vestre”). These terms apply when you buy as a consumer.

2. Your order. The contract is formed when we email you our order confirmation. It includes these terms and the cancellation form.

3. Prices. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery and any other charges are shown before you place your order.

4. Payment. You pay by invoice. We email you the order confirmation and the invoice once your order is confirmed. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Your order is dispatched in line with the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation, provided your payment has been registered. If payment has not been registered within 15 days of the invoice date, the order is cancelled.

5. Delivery. Delivery is at ground level, as close as possible to the address you give. If no date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days. The goods are at your risk from delivery.

  • Your order is delivered flat-packed, and some assembly is required.

6. Your right to cancel. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. Use the cancellation button on our website, the form below, or any other clear statement sent to post@vestre.com. It is enough to send it before the period ends.

  • We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have sent them.
  • You pay the cost of returning the goods. It is the same as the delivery cost shown in your order.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We may reduce your refund if the goods lose value because you handled them more than needed to check them.

7. If something is wrong. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If the goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you can ask for a repair or replacement, and then a price reduction or refund if that fails. You can claim for up to six years (five in Scotland). Vestre’s guarantees are in addition to your legal rights and do not limit them.

  • Colours may look different on screen.
  • The surface and finish withstand wind and weather all year round.
  • Wood is a living material and changes over time.
  • Small cracks in the wood are not covered by Vestre’s guarantee.

8. Your personal data. We use your details to process, deliver and invoice your order. See vestre.com/uk/privacy.

9. Complaints and law. Please contact us first. [We do / do not] use an alternative dispute resolution provider: [NAME AND WEBSITE, IF USED]. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
