Furniture for multifunctional use around the Avicii Arena

The aim was to improve the use of the spaces between two major venues — used for sports events and concerts — and integrate them more strongly into everyday life. Together, a furniture solution was developed that responds to the changing demands associated with events. It provides places to stay for visitors before and after events, while also functioning in daily use as a meeting point and shared space within the district.Through careful placement and project-specific adaptations, a robust and flexible outdoor area has been created that can accommodate large visitor flows and at the same time supports everyday use.
