Located near downtown Asheville and the River Arts District, New Belgium Brewing sits along the French Broad River and brings together production, visitor facilities and outdoor spaces. The site integrates a large-scale brewery with amenities designed for public access and everyday use.

Tours, tastings and events shape the overall concept, complemented by open outdoor areas including terraces, lawns and spaces for staying. The site functions as an accessible destination and is closely connected to the ongoing development of the River Arts District.The project was planned by Russell + Mills Studios, who led the site design, including the organisation of production and visitor areas as well as their spatial relationships.Vestre’s FORUM collection provides comfortable seating in the outdoor areas and helps structure the space as a place for staying. It supports everyday use and reinforces the concept of an open, shared environment.
