Furniture as part of the park redevelopment at Jerome Park

The municipal park is located adjacent to the Jerome Park Reservoir and forms a linear green space within a densely built urban context.The project was designed by Place Works with the aim of developing the park as an open and accessible place for the surrounding community. It is part of a connected open space system around the reservoir and is used by local residents for staying, movement and informal activities.Vestre’s furniture introduces colour accents and helps define the space as a place to stay. It creates differentiated areas and supports a range of uses — from short pauses to informal gathering.In combination with the spatial reorganisation, the furniture strengthens the overall quality of the space and encourages more intensive use. The result is a robust and everyday setting that supports use by the community.
