Terms of sale

1. About us. Vestre Produksjon AS (organization number 925796794, Norway), Gaustadvegen 140, 2240 Magnor, Norway, post@vestre.com (“Vestre”). These terms apply to purchases by consumers in [the United States / Canada / OTHER COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO].

2. Your order. Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if the item is unavailable.

3. Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars (USA and Canada) or euros (other countries). Applicable sales tax, GST/HST/PST or VAT and shipping are calculated and shown before you place your order.

4. Payment. You pay by invoice. We email you the order confirmation and the invoice once your order is confirmed. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Your order ships according to the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation, provided your payment has been registered. If payment has not been registered within 15 days of the invoice date, the order is canceled.

5. Shipping. Delivery is at ground level, as close as possible to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

  • Your order is delivered flat-packed, and some assembly is required.

6. Returns. You may return unused items in their original condition within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Contact us at post@vestre.com or use the return function on our website. You pay for return shipping, and it costs the same as the shipping shown in your order. Refunds are issued within [14] days of receiving the goods. [Customers in Canada and other countries keep any additional cancellation rights under their local law.]

7. Warranty. Vestre’s warranties are in addition to your legal rights and do not limit them. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province. Nothing in these terms limits implied warranties or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  • Colors may look different on screen.
  • The surface and finish withstand wind and weather all year round.
  • Wood is a living material and changes over time.
  • Small cracks in the wood are not covered by Vestre’s warranty.

9. Disputes and governing law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. US orders: these terms are governed by the laws of [STATE].
