Application

A targeted furniture solution activates a previously underused area of the Gymnasium Schwarzenbeck auditorium. CODE modules form a clearly defined zone for socialising, networking and informal learning. The open space is now integrated into everyday school life, while surrounding areas remain available for exhibitions, information displays and school presentations.

Circulation areas have also been restructured. In the corridors, VROOM benches provide seating for pupils to wait and rest during classroom changes, while supporting the zoning of corridors and classroom areas. Finished in grey, the benches are deliberately understated and blend quietly into the architecture, contributing to clarity and orientation in busy spaces.
In contrast, CODE modules finished in the school colours create a distinct visual accent, giving the auditorium a strong identity.
Throughout the project, fire‑impregnated, B1‑certified oak is used to comply with applicable legal requirements.
