In 2023, Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences installed Vestre furniture in the outdoor areas of its campus buildings to extend campus life into the outdoor space. Due to its positive use and high acceptance, additional orders followed in subsequent years.

The furniture supports the daily study and work of students and staff — providing places to sit, rest, and study outdoors. A consistent yellow tone gives the elements a friendly, open presence. The carefully selected furniture and its placement clearly structure the space and enable different uses for breaks, interaction, and focused work.The outdoor areas have thus become a natural part of daily campus life.
